Vivo Green is located inside the airport on the arrivals level next to exit doors 5. Please check in inside the airport.
Planning Your Departure Time
Please leave 45 minutes to collect your bags and make it to our desk for domestic arrivals and at least 60 minutes for international arrivals.
If you have ski bags or bike box, please leave more time for you to check in at our counter.
For example, if your plane is scheduled to arrive at Calgary Airport at 13:00, we suggest you book your spot on the 14:00 scheduled service from Calgary Airport to Banff.
If you arrive early or late, we will always try our best to accommodate you to the next available shuttle time with no extra charge.
