It will take about 2 hours from Calgary downtown to Banff town. This excludes delays, food and washroom breaks.

  • Pick-up: We will pick you up from the Calgary Airport (YYC), Crowfoot LRT Station (Scenic Acres Parade Parking lot #1)
  • Drop-off: We will drop you off at your residence/hotel in Banff town.

You are able to cancel with no penalties if you notify us 24-hours from the booking date/time for public shuttle and 72 hour for private and charter service. If in a situation where the driver is in an accident or long delay you will be notified through text/call with the option of a full refund.

When you book with us we will pick you up from Calgary Airport and drop you off to Banff National Park or Banff town.

  • Banff National Park – Known for its rocky mountains with ski resorts, light blue lakes, outdoor scenery, winter, and summer activities.
  • Banff Town – We can also drop you off to your hotel and residence so long as it is in Banff town.

We offer washroom breaks as needed. We also provide charging stations for your mobile device or laptop upon request, however we do not offer WIFI due to the poor reception in the Canadian Rockies.

To give you an estimate if you are on an 11-seater shuttle bus we can fit up to 25 luggage’s on average. There is rarely been a situation where we cannot fit all the luggage due to the shuttle’s spaciousness.
