Questions We Normally Get Asked
Which cities do you provide shuttle service?
We provide transport services in Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise. If you are booking charter you can visit Edmonton and other nearby cities.
What are your pick-up and drop-off locations?
We pick-up and drop-off in Calgary Airport (YYC), Crowfoot LRT Station, as well as your hotel or residence in Banff town and Canmore town.
What are your cancellation policies?
If you would like to cancel your booking please notify us 72-hours from your booking date/time.
What shuttle bus transportation do you offer?
We offer 3 different types of shuttle bus transportation services:
- Public shuttle: Fixed public times offered for Banff, Canmore & Lake Louise.
- Private shuttle: Schedule a time with our drivers for transport to the Canadian Rockies.
- Charter shuttle: Book a charter to a destination you would like to visit. We offer half-day’s (5 hrs) and full-days (10 hrs).
How do you communicate after I book?
After you book with Vivo Green we will email you instruction as to the pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as the drivers name, vehicle license plate #, vehicle color and estimated time of arrival.
Do you offer food and washroom breaks?
There are many food and restroom locations along our travel to the Canadian Rockies that you can use to purchase food or visit the washroom for.
